Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to the sales team's requests on LGI's investment products and strategies including preparation of presentation materials.
- Produce related information and ensure timely delivery of materials for the team's clients
- Support the sales team to coordinate with internal COO Division teams on operational-related needs or requests of our clients and partners.
- Work closely with the firm's Compliance department to ensure business materials prepared adhere to the firm's Compliance standards and Marketing department's requirements and guidelines
- Respond promptly and accurately to queries from clients and partners.
- Prepare responses to clients due diligence questionnaires
- Work closely with the firm's Compliance department to ensure clients accounts adhere to the firm's Compliance standards
- Ensure accurate and prompt payment to vendors and suppliers
- Work on ad hoc projects, marketing events or any other business development duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Degree, preferably with a focus in finance, accountancy or business
- At least 1 year of direct relevant working experience within the asset management industry
- Knowledge of Bloomberg will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-starter and an independent individual
- Good team player and a meticulous individual
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
