Associate/Assistant Director, Logistics, Administration & Event Management (Administration)[What you will be working on]
Corporate Services Department seeks a self-directed and confident individual to join the Administration team. You will take initiative in identifying improvements and solutions, managing administrative functions, gallery operations and the central dispatch unit.
You will supervise administrative staff handling budgeting, payments, fixed assets management and daily operations. This role involves reviewing administrative policies and procedures, providing guidance to staff, and occasionally hosting gallery visitors ranging from students to senior executives.
Working closely with MAS departments and external parties including government agencies, service vendors and suppliers, you will also contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
[What we are looking for]
Prior experience in administrative or finance functions would be advantageous
Strong analytical ability with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable and confident in engaging with external stakeholders including government agencies, vendors and suppliers
Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
Strong people management and organisational skills with ability to lead and motivate team members
Self-awareness and confidence to handle challenging situations decisively
Good understanding of team dynamics
