Job Description

The Associate of the Group Planning & Management Department is responsible for the management and support of overall corporate governance in the MOLCT Group.

The Associate ensures that governance frameworks are implemented through reviewing regulations and facilitating approval procedures. The Associate enables the organisation to attain success by supporting strategic decision-making process and promoting transparency, accountability and compliance.

The Associate directly collaborates with the team within the Group Planning &Management Department and with other departments in the organisation to promote the effective implementation of governance frameworks.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare Monthly and Quarterly report to MOL Head Quarter in Japan with P&L result
  • Develop short, mid and long term profit plan
  • Planning of core initiatives for company's goal
  • Establish, review and update company regulations as required
  • Support the implementation and compliance of company regulations
  • Review and follow up documents for internal approvals inaccordance with company regulations
  • Provide secretariat support by organising weekly Heads of Department, Management Meetings and Board of Directors Meeting
  • Act as the primary liaison for group subsidiaries and associate companies on corporate matters, as required

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Technical Competencies

  • Understanding of established governance frameworks
  • Ability to organise regulations and policies
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision when reviewing documents
  • Strong organization skills to manage schedules and coordinate meetings
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation
