Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with both existing and new clients in the casino industry. Your role goes beyond traditional sales: you will actively listen to customer needs, propose tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams, and support clients throughout the entire order lifecycle. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management for Existing Clients
Maintain and deepen relationships through regular communication
and visits.
2. Customer Needs Analysis & Marketing Insight
Conduct in-depth interviews to uncover customer pain points and
needs for internal feedback.
3. Solution Development & Proposal
Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and
present proposals based on customer feedback.
4. Product Usage Monitoring
Track clients inventory and consumption to proactively.
5. Order Coordination & Production Support
Manage the process from order placement to production scheduling
and delivery, ensuring smooth communication and timely
completion.
6. Market & Competitor Intelligence
Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities, and share
insights with relevant internal teams.
7. Rapid On-Site Response Capability
Respond quickly to client issues and be willing to visit customer sites
as needed.
8. New Client Development
Actively pursue new business opportunities through industry events,
networking, and referrals.
9. Payment Follow-Up
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely
collection.
