About the Role
The Associate, Account Management (Channel Partners) will be primarily responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Wallex channel partners. You will be assigned a portfolio of pre-existing channel partners relationships of Wallex and will be responsible for managing, engaging and growing the channel partner activities and increasing the value and KPIs of the portfolio over time. You will also be in charge of finding new channel partners through referrals, be assigned prospects, or a combination thereof. Required skills and attributes would include project and transaction management, strategic planning, engaging and interacting with channel partners with a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned channel partners
  • Responsible for providing channel partners with ongoing market updates and to support engagement with them via both offline and online touchpoints.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with channel partners
  • Build strong rapport with existing channel partners, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop strong understanding of diverse range of FX products and online platforms available to present core value proposition to channel partners credibly.
  • Forecasts and tracks channel partners metrics.
  • Close collaboration with cross functional internal teams on channel partners opportunities and issues to deliver and exceed channel partners expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any discipline
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Financial, Business Consulting, Technology or Advertising Industry
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia/Tagalog/Vietnamese for liaison with counterparts would be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable having face-to-face meetings with channel partners to explore their needs and present solutions, as well as giving presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Strong attention to details and a team player.
  • Project Management, Negotiation, Listening, Communication, Presentation, Time Management Skill.
