Introduction

As an Associate Engineer - Reliability working in the Reliability Lab, you will support devicelevel reliability testing and gain handson experience with semiconductor failure mechanisms. You will prepare test samples, operate reliability test equipment, assist in reliability testing activities and maintaining the test equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities, including incoming reliability test jobs, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and errorfree execution.
• Maintain lab certifications in compliance with industry and international standards.
• Improve cycle time, reduce OSD, and minimize operational errors through continuous improvement.
• Coordinate external testing services to meet both internal and external customer requirements.
• Uphold good housekeeping practices and ensure a safe working environment in the reliability lab.

Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Polytechnic Engineering Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Must be able to work 12 hours shift and overtime as required.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies is preferred.
• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.
