Job Description

• Deliver high-quality service to corporate customers across calls, emails, written correspondence, and digital channels.
• Manage day-to-day CCS operations.
• Lead managers and frontline teams.
• Drive service recovery and complex case resolution.
• Analyze operational data and customer trends.
• Optimize workflows and resource utilization.
• Lead transformation and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer journeys.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams and managers.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics required.
