Job Purpose: To provide excellent & creative visual merchandising directions for product line and designated markets to ensure brand's high quality, homogenous image and proper merchandising execution across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region through creating different guidelines for visual layouts, display planogrammes, and campaign design direction.
- Conceptualize, create and develop innovative displays and events for different campaigns that are consistent with the brand image.
- Educate and train different countries through continuous communication and providing design solutions on various projects.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication/Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
Work Experience
- At least 8 years working experience in visual merchandising / graphic design / events design environment, preferably with cosmetics or luxury consumer industry.
Required Competencies
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to work independently
- Dynamic, creative, self-motivated & well-organized with a strong sense of urgency and deadlines in projects and tasks
- Proficient in Sketchup, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Indesign and Microsoft Office software is ideal
- Fluent in English
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking capacity and work under pressure
