Role Description

The Assistant Vice President/Vice President Marketing will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Marketing Vice Presidents to devise and implement commercial strategies for the company's fleet of aircraft. The role includes the following responsibilities:

· Build relationships with airlines across global markets.

· Market new aircraft to airlines.

· Re-market used aircraft to airlines.

· Originate sale and leaseback (SLB) opportunities.

· Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease contracts.

· Develop new leasing and trading business opportunities.

· Work with the commercial team on the aircraft delivery pipeline.

· Expand contacts with global airlines.

· Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

· Communicate frequently with the management team regarding deal progress.

· Gather market intelligence on airlines and industry trends.

· Provide background information to support deal credit analysis.

· Prepare comprehensive deal proposals, including supporting commercial and financial justification.

· Structure and propose transactions that maximize profitability while aligning with shareholder objectives.

· Review and contribute to aircraft evaluations.

· Contribute to fleet leasing strategy and portfolio development.

· Use best endeavors to promote the interests of the Company.

Undertake extensive domestic and international travel as required to support business development, customer engagement, and transaction execution.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

· A university degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

· At least five (5) years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably including experience with an aircraft manufacturer and/or aircraft leasing company.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong interest in the commercial aerospace and/or international business sectors.

· Resourcefulness, initiative, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

· Demonstrated willingness to learn, strong self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural awareness.

· Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in one or more additional languages is considered a strong asset. Proficiency in French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, or other internationally used business languages is preferred.

· Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international travel.

This is a full-time hybrid position.

Candidates will be offered an Assistant Vice President, Marketing or Vice President, Marketing title based on their qualifications and relevant experience.
