Assistant Vice President, Project Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive projects to ensure delivery within tight timelines, high quality, cost effectiveness and zero-accident safety record
• Take ownership to identify and resolve site technical problems
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants/contractors/vendors/suppliers to achieve project deliverables
• Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities to manage submissions and obtaining the clearances necessary for project to progress swiftly
• Work closely with Head of Projects to proactively pre-empt and manage project issues
• Review and procurement of various contracts
• Prepare project's periodic progress report for updating Senior Management
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, C&S, M&E or Project Management with at least 15 years of relevant experience in the Singapore building industry
• Good track record of successfully delivering complex and challenging projects
• Strong construction management/hands-on site PM experience
• Demonstrated project leadership as PM-in charge
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project lifecycle
• Resourceful and agile in driving projects to fruition
• Self-driven, ability to multi-task and comfortable with tight deadlines
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience or demonstrate willingness to utilize AI tools for project management
