. Managed the Planning team in Singapore (with several branches island wide) and virtual team in Philippines, handling the planning and scheduling of classes for SSA Culinary Institute.
. Analyse trends and demands for class schedule planning.
. Make a timely and operational decisions related to running and scheduling of classes.
. Supervise the Data Management Team in Singapore and Philippines, handling and managing the class documents and trainee data for the processing of student's certification and submission for grant claims.
. Ensure timely submission of Assessment results for issuance of e-Certificates.
. Properly track and check validity of SkillsFuture credit claims of trainees.
. Check and upload necessary class and trainee details required for Training Grant claims for WSQ subsidized courses.
. Lead the team of callers in-charge in calling trainees/clients to be placed in class and notify students for class confirmation and rescheduling for class postponement.
. Track and prepare monthly report for callers incentive.
. Spearhead the testing of applications and different functionalities of our internal Training Management System (TMS) which includes but not limited to testing different user access for staffs, trainers/chefs, front and back end users like promoters, receptionist and callers. Thoroughly test each functionalities taking into consideration different possible scenarios and provide inputs for necessary correction and enhancement.
. Keep the management up to date on the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly class achievement progress based on actual student registrations.
. Keep track and report to the management the Month to date Room and Kitchen utilization based on SSA Culinary Institute class usage and rentals from external clients.
. Prepare reports as and when required by External Partner (SSG) and Internal Stakeholders - CEO, COO, Ops, Finance team (for the reconciliation of quarterly and year-end report) and/or Sales and Marketing team (for the data needed for their marketing efforts)
. Monitor and keep the management posted on the training utilization for tender based contract with clients.
. Ensure to accomplish department objective by properly managing staff and regularly evaluating department activities to maintain efficiency and productivity of each member of the team.
. Constantly update work templates to synchronize with the changing requirements and ensure all staffs are oriented and well trained.
. Regularly review and update team's SOP to further streamline process.
. Make a sound recommendation for the growth and development of each member of the team.

Qualification and Requirement:
. Degree in any discipline
. Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Possess excellent ability in tracking data as well as create working templates in Microsoft Excel
. Able to adjust different roles in planning department as instructed by the Head of the Planning Department
