Assistant Vice President, Leasing

A prominent multinational fund manager is seeking an experienced Leasing professional to lead leasing and revenue performance across an industrial portfolio in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Head of Asset Management based in Singapore. The role involves driving leasing execution across a portfolio of industrial and business park properties. Other main responsibilities include negotiating lease renewals, driving occupancy, rental reversion outcomes and managing external leasing agents/brokers.

Requirements

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial or business park leasing. You possess a strong track record executing complex leasing transactions and possess a deep understanding of the Singapore leasing market and JTC framework. Prior experience within institutional real estate would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is proactive, collaborative and is a problem-solver.
