Acquired well developed ability to detect non compliance of listing rules and confident in responding to queries and providing advice on simple to moderate listing matters

Monitor compliance with listing rules and liaise with regulators and professionals on regulatory issues
Process simple to moderate Mainboard and Catalist IPO, RTO, GDR, issue manager/financial adviser accreditation and sponsor applications within relevant timeframe
Attend meetings concerning his/her portfolio and be able to address the main issues during the meetings and take minutes of such matters

Contribute to initiatives for fine-tuning and enhancing the listing framework to support product and market growth and development and to sustain market relevant regulations and to retain first mover advantage
Contribute to initiatives for maintaining/improving appropriate and relevant systems, procedures and databases to ensure effective and efficient execution of IPO Admissions functions
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders from business units to listing applicants and market professionals including investment bankers, solicitors, auditors and other regulators
Position Deliverables
Ensure consistent, transparent, balanced and effective regulation of listing applicants, issue managers/financial advisers and sponsors which will instil confidence in market and issuers. Build up the quality of activities and relationships with stakeholders.

Meticulous and accurate in reviewing and processing information
Ability to communicate decisions and information clearly and accurately
Must possess a good knowledge of listing rules
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business/Accountancy/Business Administration/ Economics/Law. Candidates should preferably be able to understand financial statements. Graduates in any other discipline may apply if applicant has strong analytical skills and is comfortable with numbers. Graduates with 2-5 years of working experience can be considered for the Senior Associate role.

Team player with ability to work independently as required.
Executive level experience working within the financial industry, especially in corporate finance, auditing, investment and research of listed companies, is highly desired.
