Data Management and People Insights
Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR master data across all platforms in compliance with PDPA and global data privacy standards.
Develops and enforces standardized data processes, controls, and audit mechanisms to enhance data quality and reporting reliability.
Collaborates with IT and HRIS teams to optimize HR systems, automation, and integrations for seamless data flow.
Leads HR data cleanup initiatives and ensures alignment with global HR data standards where applicable.
Creates people dashboards and actionable insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
International Mobility Administration
Manages end-to-end international mobility processes, including expatriate assignments, relocation, work permits, immigration, and tax compliance.
Ensures compliance with local labour laws and immigration policies through close liaison with legal and tax advisors.
Resolves complex mobility-related issues involving cross-border payroll, social security, and compliance risks.
Benefits Administration
Oversees the implementation and administration of employee benefits programmes, including insurance, retirement, and wellness offerings.
Ensures benefits competitiveness and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Manages vendor relationships to optimize service quality, cost-effectiveness, and contractual outcomes.
Ensures smooth benefits enrolment, employee communication, and timely issue resolution.
Employee Documentation & Work Visa Management
Supervises the preparation and issuance of employee lifecycle documentation, including employment contracts, promotion letters, resignation acceptances, and retirement notices.
Leads end-to-end work visa applications (Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permits), ensuring MOM compliance and timely approval.
Serves as the primary liaison with MOM, immigration partners, and internal stakeholders on all visa-related matters.
Monitors changes in Singapore employment pass and immigration policies and implements necessary process updates. Senior Vice President, HR Ops
Advises hiring managers and HRBPs on visa eligibility, documentation requirements, and renewal processes.
Absence and Time Management
Administers home leave arrangements for NTS employees in accordance with policy.
Manages daily time and attendance records for workers.
Controls overtime administration and related governance processes.
Administers leave management processes and systems.
Ensures compliance and governance across all time management practices.
Learning Administration Delivery
Coordinates enterprise-wide learning programmes, including internal, external, and e-learning initiatives.
Manages learning data, reporting, and training analytics.
Administers governmental learning claims, credits, and funding submissions.
Employee Touchpoints
Manages vendor partnerships for canteen services, transportation, and business travel.
Supports employee engagement and recognition programmes.
Partners with internal stakeholders to deliver effective and timely employee communications.
Operational and Change Management Leadership
Drives operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and digital innovation to enable global scalability.
Leads, mentors, and develops the People Services team to foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Centres of Excellence, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Enables employee and manager readiness through structured and effective change management practices.
Job Requirements
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
At least 10 years of progressive HR operations and/or HRBP experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within HR Shared Services.
Strong expertise in HR master data governance, benefits administration, and work visa processes.
In-depth knowledge of international mobility, including tax and immigration compliance.
Proven track record in process optimization, HR technology (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
Mindset of driving simplicity, efficiency and effectiveness
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
