The incumbent will be responsible for executing system and process improvement initiatives across SingPost finance and business units and handling all day-to-day queries/ issues relating to the system. This role will work with finance and business leaders to execute system and process enhancements in Oracle products.

Continuous Improvement

  • Work with One Finance and the Technology team to plan and execute a continuous improvement plan, specifically implementing simple to moderate complexity system enhancements.
  • Together with function heads, plan for and execute technical training of Oracle End Users on system usage and processes.
  • Work with all end users to update system and process documentation, with the aim of continuously improving existing documentation in line with system upgrades or business/operational changes.

Project Management


  • Partner with external vendors to manage key finance technology enhancement projects following the deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and the revenue management and billing system.
  • Work with external consultants to ensure project deadlines are met and issues are proactively addressed.
  • Business partner with various teams to ensure smooth month-end close.
  • Business partner with various teams to improve BAU processes.
  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to lower cost-to-serve through systems and process review.
  • Support any other matters aligned with the CFO's initiatives to improve Finance processes.

Requirements


  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent, with at least 10 years finance experience including 5 years in Finance ERP implementation/support.
  • Hands-on experience with key ERP modules such as GL, AR, AP, Financial Reporting, Asset Management, Cost Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.
  • Strong knowledge of change management and project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexible, resilient, and able to manage complex situations, multiple priorities, and both long-term and urgent tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and strong business acumen.
