Job Summary
You will develop and implement Control & Automation Systems, including Building, Facilities & Energy Management Systems and Process/Industrial Automation Systems using PLC/SCADA/HMI/DDC technologies. You will lead project coordination, programming, deployment, testing, commissioning, support, documentation, and training activities to drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and program Control & Automation Systems, Building, Facilities & Energy Management Systems, and Process/Industrial Automation Systems using PLC/SCADA/HMI/DDC or computer software to meet client specifications
- Coordinate project activities including programming, deployment, testing, and commissioning to ensure timely and quality delivery of automation solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during system implementation and post-deployment phases to maintain operational reliability
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to enable effective system use and maintenance by end-users
- Deliver ad-hoc engineering support to resolve urgent technical issues and optimize system performance
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment by managing multiple tasks proactively and independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience programming in PLC/SCADA/HMI/DDC and computer programming to enhance automation system capabilities
- Demonstrated analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve complex engineering challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to contribute constructively within a team and engage stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
