Assistant System Manager

We are seeking an Assistant System Manager to manage the IT infrastructure for our customers.

Responsibilities:

. Manage system upgrades and provide Integrated Systems Management Services.

. Conduct cyber security reviews.

. Manage Systems Tech Refresh.

. Handle governance, compliance and policy matters.

. Stakeholders management.

. Provide high level of customer service experience.

Requirements:

. Relevant experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.

. Knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS.

. Experience in vulnerability management.

. Proficient in network diagnosis and troubleshooting.

. Customer service oriented.
