Assistant Manager, Cloud, Applications System and Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. I.T. Business Analyst

   • Conducts business process-to-system mapping, performs System Integration Testing (SIT), and drives User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

2. ISO Deputy (Singapore Business)

   • Ensures adherence to I.T. security KPIs, processes, and governance frameworks in support of the CIO.

3. Cloud & Technical Deputy for Host Applications

   • Manages assets and hosting across Azure Cloud and on-premises environments.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will support full I.T. operations-including incident, request, access, problem, and change management-and is expected to be an expert in both technical and business processes. This ensures system governance, design, and landscape remain optimized and future-ready.

ISO Deputy Responsibilities
As the ISO Deputy for the Singapore business, the candidate will ensure all I.T. security KPIs, audits, and compliance requirements are fully met. Formal certification in ISO standards (provided by the organization) is required to qualify for this aspect of the role.

Collaboration & Implementation
The role involves close collaboration with vendors and second- and third-level product and process owners to implement resolutions, enhancements, decommissioning, and new builds. This includes coordinating meetings, workstreams, remote system access, simulations, and escalating issues to the CIO or relevant stakeholders as needed.

Technical Ownership
As deputy technical owner for hosted systems (on-premises and cloud), the candidate will oversee capacity planning, vulnerability management, landscape integration, and overall governance of the company's technical assets.
