Job Description:
- Provide Integrated Systems Management Services support
- Manage and ensure that the systems mee KPI or SLA
- Manage compliance status and ensure the Systems adhere to standards, policies, directives and guidelines
- Responsible for compliance declaration. Prepare and support independent audit exercise
- Prepare and maintain Project Security Management Plan. Conduct security review to minimise risk exposure
- Ensure asset inventory are maintained and updated regularly for the Systems
- Investigate and resolve Systems or infrastructure issues
- Manage stakeholders and ensure good customer satisfaction
- Manage Tech Refresh for Systems
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT or a related experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in diverse, complex, large-scale environments
- Good technical knowledge in system / network diagnosis and troubleshooting, experience in supporting transmission network infrastructure
- knowledge of Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment,
- Experience in customer facing role.
