A TCM Wellness Company seeks a dedicated Assistant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Reporting Function
This role reports directly to the Supervisor.
Job Description
- Deliver consistent, professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies, including foot massage.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service.
- Assist in providing training to the new and existing staff for service quality.
- Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, treatment rooms, and all other areas within the outlet.
- Assist in preparation of necessary treatment products and manage the replenishment of stock, including towels and other supplies.
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
- Follow and implement the instructions provided by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Possession of an ITEC, WSQ certificate, or equivalent massage certification is preferable.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to a 6-day work week.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
