Job Description
- Oversee operation of a welfare home ensuring the well-being of residents and compliance with SOP and law regulation
- Ensure attention and support meet with the Destitute Person Act and MSF regulation
- Maintain safety and cleanliness with compliance standards
- Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene are strictly adhere
- Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of home programs and services
- Preparation of budgets and monitor cash flow according to policies
Requirement
- Min Diploma/ Degree in social work.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in the social service sector.
- Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required.
