Your Opportunity
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the boutique to achieve business objectives while acting as a ZEGNA Ambassador. You will inspire your team, elevate the client experience, and uphold the brand's values in every interaction.
How You Will Contribute
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead clienteling initiatives in partnership with CVM/Marketing teams
- Ensure consistent delivery of the ZEGNA Guest Experience
- Act as a role model on the sales floor, using storytelling to connect emotionally with guests
Business Development
- Drive sales performance and profitability
- Analyze market trends and propose growth strategies
- Lead cross-selling and upselling efforts
- Collaborate with Merchandising to optimize product feedback and assortment
Team Leadership
- Attract and onboard top talent
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear communication and motivation
- Partner with HR and Retail Manager on employee relations and development
Brand Presentation
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards
- Maintain store ambiance and grooming standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planning teams for optimal inventory
Store Operations
- Uphold compliance across all operational areas
- Oversee alterations and tailor services
- Leverage digital tools to enhance customer experience and business opportunities
Who You Are

- Proven leader with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus
