Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager oversees the operations of store in assigned area.
Together with the Retail Operation Manager, Area Manager and Store Managers,

Job description:

Work closely with HQ teams and Stakeholders.

Maintain smooth operations & standard of work.

Collaborate & provide feedback to Management.

Ensure both food hygiene standards and work safety are met.

Working with retail team to execute planned sales activates for the assigned stores.

Perform check of the store's cleanliness, count and reconcile cash register, review, and update any necessary reports or documentation.

Upsell, cross-sell related products and inform & promote in-house promotions, members program and upcoming events to customer.
