- Drive daily retail operations with a focus on customer service, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate stock take and return processes.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
