Our client is expanding in Singapore and seeking a Retail Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing store team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Guest Experience: Lead the team to achieve sales targets, deliver authentic guest experiences, coach in real time, and manage feedback or escalations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, retain, and develop talent oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning maintain professionalism and team accountability.
- Store Operations & Visual Excellence: Manage daily operations, inventory, safety, budgets, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
- Brand & Community Engagement: Represent the brand authentically, drive community involvement, execute events, and communicate updates to the team.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in luxury or premium retail management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and operational skills.
