We are a Chinese restaurant located along Boat Quay, just minutes walk from Clarke Quay MRT and Raffles Place MRT.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and a floor team of 10-15 pax
• Assign daily tasks, conduct briefings, and plan roster
• Ensure smooth workflow and service SOP execution
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure efficient service and order flow
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & safety standards

Requirements :

• Preferably with F&B or supervisory / leadership experience
• Strong communication & team management skills
