Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
Create positive experiences for customers in store showcasing merchandise and driving conversion resulting in sales
Drive sales through a variety of measures including Conversion rate, ATV and UPT
Achieve personal sales targets and store sales targets
Lead team to drive remote selling sales performance and complete social media product sharing tasks
Commercial mindset, Passion for sales and outstanding customer service
Clientele building, driving client repurchase rates and cross selling
Offering after-sales service to build potential and current customer relationships
Facilitate off site pop-up sales event to achieve sales goal
Customer Care & CRM
Welcome all customers ensuring a positive experience
Build and foster genuine long-term relationships with our customers
Process customer repairs with strong attention to detail and effective communication
Assist/Support the resolution of any customer issues or complaints
Actively contribute to the CRM system and meet CRM signup targets and other assigned tasks
Facilitate in store events to drive brand awareness and customer satisfaction
Product Knowledge
Become an expert across Products, Colours, Categories and Seasonal Collections
Competently learn each season merchandise, the collection and pricing to advise and educate customers and team members accurately
Familiar with product functionality to be able to educate and demonstrate to customers
People Management
Educate and support team members with training of key policies and procedures
Coach and mentor sales associates
Drive continuous improvement in the performance of each individual team member
Identify opportunities for team members to improve their performance or behavior through positive and constructive feedback and coaching
Ensure all team members uphold staff presentation and grooming standards at all times
Support HR team with recruiting and interview for sales assistance
Effectively plan staff shifts and leaves to ensure business operation continuity
Communication
Communicate honestly and professionally with internal and external parties at all times
Actively promote and maintain harmonious working relationships with all team members
Promptly reply emails and messages to internal and external stakeholders
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Contribute to the store upkeep to ensure it presents beautifully and in-line with our VM Guidelines
Continuously follow product presentation standards are maintained at all times
Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are met both on and off the sales floor based on VM guideline
Ensure reserves are orderly and maintained to protect the product and enable efficient stock management
Consistently communicate with VM manager to ensure VM standard is met
Customer Service & Training
Be in charge of ordering and management of spare parts for SG retail store
Assist Retail Director in facilitating training for store staff and providing staff coaching to enhance service performance
Provide ongoing feedback to Retail Director on the performance/progress of individual team members
Requirement:
At least 5 years experience within the Retail industry in a similar position with minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level
Demonstrated experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
Familiar with premium and luxury sales is advantageous
Client focused and enjoy building strong relationships
Polished presentation with exceptional communication skills
Positive team player who thrives on achieving team goals
Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
Contributes to a positive work environment
Multilingual is advantageous
Commercial awareness of the latest luxury fashion trends
