Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, supervise and support the retail team.
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
Maintain merchandise displays, stock levels and inventory.
Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising and operational standards.
Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance monitoring.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Experience in apparel or fashion retail is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Sales-driven, responsible and hands-on.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
