What You'll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee all aspects of our tennis center, from managing online booking system and pro shop to ensuring the smooth operation of the center. You'll inspire our team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Optimize Operations: Implement and refine efficient processes for scheduling, staff workflows, client sign-ins, and coach coordination. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Drive Business Growth: Manage pro shop inventory, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing. Contribute to marketing initiatives by collaborating with our agency to provide content and support campaigns.
- Create Engaging Experiences: Oversee the planning and execution of events, including birthday parties and tennis camps, ensuring seamless operations and memorable experiences.
- Champion Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and feedback to build lasting relationships with our valued clients.
