We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Assistant Social Media Manager / Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Creative Strategy

. Lead the conception and production of thumb-stopping social content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
. Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant, and engaging content.
. Write, edit, and adapt social media copy in line with brand tone of voice and platform best practices.

Social Strategy & Planning

. Develop and implement social media strategies that deliver on business and marketing objectives.
. Support campaign planning, calendar management, and workflow coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
. Identify key KOL/influencer opportunities and engage their communities to amplify brand impact.

Community & Account Management

. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution from briefing to production to implementation.
. Monitor conversations, trends, and performance metrics provide insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
. Support crisis management by identifying sensitive issues early and escalating risks appropriately.

Paid Social & Media Optimisation

. Collaborate with media agencies to implement paid social campaigns and optimize performance.
. Monitor analytics and reporting tools to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and drive visibility.

Content Governance & Operations

. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, compliance standards, and platform requirements before publication.
. Maintain meticulous organization of social assets for efficient retrieval, reporting, and future reuse.
. Track and evaluate social performance to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
. Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or media management.
. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, consumption behaviours, and the human insights that inform them.
. Proven experience managing KOL/influencer relationships and community engagement.
. Hands-on experience or certification in social media management and analytics tools, including but not limited to Meta Ads Manager, Meta Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, and Brandwatch.
. Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and editorial judgment.
. Highly organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously.
. Proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization, with a data-driven mindset to inform content and campaign strategy.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Experience in both brand and agency environments is advantageous.
. Passion for technology, mobile photography, automotive brands, or consumer electronics is a plus.
. Valid driving license preferred due to occasional on-site shoots/field assignments.
. Genuine passion for strategic thinking and leveraging social channels to drive measurable business impact.
