Job Description

We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Site Manager based at our customer site in Tuas and would appreciate your support in sourcing suitable candidates for this confidential search.

Position Details - Assistant Site Manager

. Salary Budget: SGD 3,000 - 4,500 per month
. Benefits: AWS and Performance Bonus (subject to company and individual performance)
. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
. Work Location: Tuas
. Reporting To: Customer Service Team Lead
. Employment Eligibility: Singaporean or Singapore PR only (no WP/SP quota available)

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry who possess the following qualities:

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Outgoing, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
. Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
. Team player who can collaborate effectively across departments
. Proactive and solution-driven mindset
. Committed and willing to support operational needs beyond standard working hours when required
. Preferably male candidates in their 20s to 30s residing in the West area due to work location and operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

. Ensure smooth onsite operations, including tool crib and vending machine management, as well as resolving non-conformance issues
. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, RFQs, and operational matters
. Forecast customer demand and communicate operational requirements internally
. Drive and manage commercial initiatives, including cost-saving programs
. Represent the company in regular customer meetings and maintain strong client relationships
. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service
. Foster a collaborative and team-oriented working environment

Key Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
. Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
. Good customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
. Basic understanding of financial metrics such as EBIT and working capital will be advantageous
