Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise janitorial teams to ensure cleaning tasks are completed effectively and meet facility standards

- Assign daily cleaning tasks to staff to optimize operational efficiency and coverage
- Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
