Assistant Showroom Manager (Premium Home Furnishings)

Job responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding company values, service standards, and vision while delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture and enhance overall employee experience

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong floor leadership and team development

• Coach and mentor team members, setting an example on the retail floor

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including staff coverage and prioritisation of tasks

• Manage multiple tasks and complex situations with confidence and sound judgment

• Stay updated on company policies, processes, product launches, and customer insights

• Support ad-hoc projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management team

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail service environment, preferably within furniture, lifestyle, or fashion

• Prior supervisory or assistant management experience with strong people leadership and coaching skills

• Experience in visual merchandising, store layout planning, and product presentation

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for design-led retail environments

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
