Job Description

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop
Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
Follow up on customer's appointment and feedback
Train team members, motivate team's morale and resolve staff issues
Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target
Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies
Prepare sales reports, staff rosters and assist with payroll and commission calculations
