Responsible for maintenance and add-on related activities, including meetings, coordination, and supervision works.
Plan the maintenance schedule and ensure that work schedules are executed planned.
Review and check the service reports and ensure the information is accurate the purposes of quotation submission, invoicing for completed works, following up on rectification works if required.
Assign tasks to the team when there are breakdown calls from clients.
Monitor and follow up on the procurement of parts.
Ensure sub-contractor workers follow proper work processes.
Perform price negotiation to meet the budget.
Ensure spare parts and equipment are always maintained at the minimum inventory level.
Provide supervision to Engineers and Technicians for day-to-day work activities.
Follow up on payments from customers.
Forecast future manpower needs to ensure sufficient manpower for assigned tasks.
Coordinate with project teams for project handover.
Arrange and conduct training for staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
Experience in one or more of the following fields will be an added advantage:
1.Building Management System 2.Security, Access Control, CCTV System 3.Fire Alarm System
Good management skills.
Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills, and ability to build maintain a positive relationship with customers.
