Assistant Service Engineer/Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and technicallyskilled Assistant Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting of hardware equipments. The role involves field service,customer support, and technical assistance to ensure smooth functioning ofequipment.

Job Description
-Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware/software atcustomer sites.

-Perform preventive and corrective maintenanceon equipment.

-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/softwareissues.

-Support senior engineers in service calls,repairs, and customer training.

-Document all service activities, includingservice reports and technical issues.

-Provide technical support via phone, email,or on-site visits.

-Maintain tools, parts, and inventory.

-Coordinate with Operations teams for timelyservice delivery.

-Follow safety and operational proceduresduring all field activities.

Qualifications/Requirements
-Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/IT/ComputerEngineering

-Minimum 1 year of experience in technicalsupport or field service

-Exposure to Card printers, ATM, VTM orsimilar products is an advantage.

-Must possess strong problem-solving skills.

-Must possess adequate interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

-Must possess adequate written and verbal communication skills in English.
