Job Requirement

  • Some Supervisory or Assistant Managment experience preferably in fine dining restaurants
  • Some experience and knowledge with service of fine wines and sake
  • Have prior knowledge to manage POS and online booking systems
  • Good Service mindset
  • Leadership by example
  • Able to build good team spirit among team
  • Able to work weekends
  • Loyal, Trustworthy and dependable, to protect the interest of the company and brand
  • Humble and Willingness to work with Management and challenge for excellence in work
  • Respectful and harmonious Team player
  • Professional work ethics and cheerful attitude
  • Able to communicate well in professional English and Mandarin (with Chinese speaking guests from overseas)

Job Scope

  • Front of House Service and Operational supervisory roles - to carry out service and operations SOP effectively
  • To provide warm and efficient dining service - to be trained to deliver OMOTENASHI (Japanese way of hospitality)
  • To lead and build strong team spirit and professional work ethics
  • To play active role in meeting daily reservation and sales targets for the business
  • Have some knowledge with various social media platforms so as to maintain interest and interactions with followers
  • To write and verbally communicate effectively with guests
  • To assist in opening and closing of restaurant when assigned
  • To be updated on seasonal specials and actively enlighten guests during meals accordingly
  • To be assist in restaurant's booking and cashiering system
  • To provide daily service and front of house operations to high standards
  • To play active role in promoting beverage sales for the business
  • To play active role in maintaining diners loyalty and repeated diners visit
  • To assist in pre and post service duties i.e cleaning of counter tables/ chairs, dishwashing, laundry, folding of napkins, preparation of drinks etc when assigned
  • Inventory keeping and sales reporting
  • To work with Management and chefs for efficient operation, hygiene and service delivery
  • Assist and manage any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as required by management
