Assistant / Senior Project Manager

• Leading & mentoring a team to follow procedures, providing advice & supervision.
• Responsible for effective project implementation, resource planning within time & cost.
• Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.
• Ensure all works carred out meet company's quality standards & requiements.
• Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.
• Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all poject matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HIP/LTA/HDB project
• Qualification by HDB for HIP projects (PEB reconized)
