Responsibilities
- Manage all the administrative and logistical matters related to the smooth offering and execution of training programs (both online and offline) offered by the team.
- Responsible for trainer management, partner management, course ware, assessment, feedback and other required duties/documentation.
- Assist in coordinating/setting up client meetings for the team and drafting of minutes or other relevant documentation.
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Assist in marketing and sales preparation/activities and system updates.
- Assist in all audit matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time, resource and project management skills with strong ability to multi-task.
- Self-initiated, takes initiative, ownership and highly dependable.
- Meticulous with numerical figures and details.
- Proficient in MS Office software, SAP, Zoom and other IT tools.
- Strong people management skills and team player.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to work extended hours and on some weekends.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate tensions.

Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.
