About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Karson Medical. In this role, you will lead business development efforts, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth in the medical device industry, with a focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), rehabilitation, mobility, and aesthetic applications.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
. Manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, conduct product presentations, and close deals
. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and excellent customer service
. Conduct market research to understand competitive environments, customer needs, and growth opportunities
. Plan, organise, and support marketing activities, including events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
. Develop product knowledge, provide professional consultations and training to clients regarding medical devices for TCM, rehabilitation, and aesthetics
. Help in administration support when necessary
. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the General Manager to support business goals
Requirements
. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
. Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in sales and marketing experience in medical or healthcare industry is an advantage but not a must
. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
. Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners)
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Passionate about healthcare, wellness, and Traditional Chinese Medicine
. Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered
