Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role

Viskou System Pte Ltd is looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead and develop our Sales Team.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who is able to drive business growth while also coaching, motivating and managing a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting team targets and KPIs, monitoring performance and helping the team achieve its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the Sales Team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.

• Set, monitor and review sales targets and KPIs for individual team members.

• Track sales performance, sales pipeline, customer activities and overall team progress.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Oversee the sales process from lead generation and customer engagement to quotation, negotiation and deal closure.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for management.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities and recommend appropriate sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in CCTV, Security Systems, Access Control, ELV, ICT or related industries.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in leading or supervising a sales team.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.

• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and closing skills.

• Experience in setting, monitoring and managing sales KPIs and targets.

• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
