Location: Raffles Place (Near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Fixed Salary Range: SGD $4,200 - $6,600
Travel Requirement: Approx. 30% across Southeast Asia

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for carbon steel pipes (seamless, welded, API 5L, ASTM grades) across sectors such as oil & gas, offshore construction, shipbuilding, water infrastructure, and manufacturing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications independently (no engineering support team)
- Advise clients on steel pipe grades, dimensions, coatings/linings, and compliance with international standards (API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM A106, ASTM A53, EN, ISO)
- Collaborate with manufacturers to prepare accurate bids and proposals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and project contractors
- Respond promptly to inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market gaps to propose new initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely delivery and resolve project-related issues
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably steel pipes or structural steel
- Familiarity with international standards (API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM A106, ASTM A53) is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office CRM experience is a plus
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing and able to travel for business across Southeast Asia
- Experience in pipeline stocklists or offshore construction is preferred
