Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personnel at various client organizations in order to solicit information for securing business.
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Ensure personal sales targets and/or team KPIs are met.
- Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Review periodic sales performance against annual plan and strategize corrective actions if expectation falls below target. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification with at least 5 years of sales hunting experience in Sea Freight, ideally within the logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
