Job purpose
The position demands for:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and growing a portfolio of clients across restaurants, hotels, central kitchens and F&B operators
Support the full sales process: lead generation, preparing proposals, product demonstrations, quoting and closing
Work closely with the Sales Director on sales planning, forecasts and achieving revenue targets
Coordinate with design, operations and technical teams to deliver accurate layouts, specifications and installations
Conduct site visits and support customers with equipment selection based on kitchen workflow, compliance and operational needs
Build strong relationships with chefs, kitchen consultants, contractors and procurement teams
Prepare sales reports, track opportunities in CRM and assist with tender submissions
Participate in industry events, product training and trade shows
Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Hospitality or related fields
24 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, foodservice solutions or B2B equipment sales
Understanding of kitchen design, equipment specifications and workflow (advantageous)
Strong communication, negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work crossfunctionally
Proactive, customerfocused and able to work independentlyPerson profile
Personality
