A leading global energy trading company with a strong presence in across the region, specializing in crude oil and energy commodities.
Currently they are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager for Automotive Lubricant.
Duties
- Business Strategy & Growth - Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability, market expansion, distributor management, and sales policy across key markets.
- Technical & Product Development - Lead lubricant product development, technical services support, formulation projects, and cross-functional innovation aligned with business goals.
- Customer & Distributor Support - Provide technical consultation, site visits, troubleshooting for lubrication issues, and assist distributors with regulatory documentation and audits.
- Operations & Supply Chain Oversight - Optimize supply chain operations including blending production, warehouse management, and ensure operational efficiency at blending plants.
- Sales & Market Development - Manage existing accounts, generate new business leads, expand distribution networks, and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Training, Reporting & Compliance - Conduct technical training, manage technical documentation (PDS, MSDS), ensure HSE compliance, and prepare sales and performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in the Lubricant industry.
