Assistant Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities:
. Assist the Sales Manager in the development and execution of strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
. Foster and maintain productive relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to facilitate ongoing collaboration.
. Participate in regular account discussions to ensure service satisfaction and support long-term engagement.
. Work towards achieving assigned sales objectives and contributing to overall team goals.
. Monitor market conditions and gather insights to aid strategic planning.
. Review performance against targets and recommend appropriate follow-up actions when needed.
. Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development preferably within the logistics sector
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effectively
. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work toward defined targets
