Role Purpose(s)
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Director in driving revenue growth through the sale of IT and systems integration solutions. Solutions include CrimsonLogic Digital Govt, Digital Port , Trade Business & TFP product, BPO Services & Digital Solution to existing customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory. You will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives.
This position involves working closely with public agencies, coordinating complex tender submissions, and collaborating with internal solution teams to deliver comprehensive, value-driven technology proposals.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the Singapore government procurement process (e.g., GeBIZ), has strong commercial acumen, and can bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Influence customers to choose and use CrimsonLogic Digital Govt, Digital Port , Trade Business & TFP product, BPO Services & Digital Solution.
- Develop effective and cost-effective outreach method to contact prospective customers for producing long-term business relationship.
- Achieve the regional sales target for long term and short term goals.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and qualify business opportunities within the Singapore public sector, including ministries, statutory boards, and government agencies.
- Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity identification, bid decision, and solution proposal, to contract closure and handover.
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure all submissions meet GeBIZ and government framework requirements, including pricing, documentation, and compliance criteria.
- Track and manage renewal opportunities for existing framework or bulk tenders.
- Derive strategies to achieve sales target for the region
- Identify decision-makers in customers organizations, uncovering their unmet needs and influence them to choose and use CrimsonLogic Digital Govt, Digital Port , Trade Business & TFP product, BPO Services & Digital Solution
- Creating innovative marketing approaches and value sell
- Providing excellent customer service to our existing clients to retain the customer base
- Participating in key supply chain trade shows and industry forums for marketing and networking purposes
- Monitor consumer trends and review sales strategies to improve sales performance
- Adapt sales tactics to suit varying consumer demands in each region

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business or Supply Chain
Working Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and sales leadership preferably in the IT or Supply Chain industry for global brands, with at least 2 years handling government or public sector accounts.
Skills Required

- Experience in one or more solution areas: application development, cloud services, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or managed services.
- Stay updated on government ICT initiatives, frameworks, and technology trends (e.g., SG Tech Stack, Smart Nation, and Digital Government Blueprint).
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and vendor landscape within the public sector.
- Provide regular input to management on market trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Review tender clarifications and ensure timely responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ requirements.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) and presentation activities during evaluation stages.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders within agencies such as GovTech, IMDA, MPA, and other public bodies.
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to requests.
- Understand agency digital transformation goals and position the company's capabilities (e.g., cloud adoption, cybersecurity, application modernization) as enablers.
- Good sales track record
- Relevant experience in supply chain management or in the global trade and logistics industry
- Familiar with the consumer trends and demands of the assigned regions/territories
