Responsibilities:
Manage, grow, and retain existing customer accounts
Drive business development with existing customers (new accounts, products, and market share growth)
Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Prepare timely sales forecasts, business plans, proposals, and quotations
Monitor account status, ensure timely settlements, and flag potential credit risks
Develop deep understanding of customer needs, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Formulate and execute sales strategies to retain accounts and expand into new markets
Continuously update market intelligence on trends, technology, customers, and competitors
Provide pricing and commercial inputs to optimise profitability and margins
Track and evaluate account performance (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Requirements:
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business
At least 4 years of sales experience in Chemical / Semiconductor Sector
Good knowledge of SAP & Salesforce
