Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, grow, and retain existing customer accounts

  • Drive business development with existing customers (new accounts, products, and market share growth)

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively

  • Prepare timely sales forecasts, business plans, proposals, and quotations

  • Monitor account status, ensure timely settlements, and flag potential credit risks

  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs, competitor activities, and market dynamics

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to retain accounts and expand into new markets

  • Continuously update market intelligence on trends, technology, customers, and competitors

  • Provide pricing and commercial inputs to optimise profitability and margins

  • Track and evaluate account performance (monthly, quarterly, annually)


Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business

  • At least 4 years of sales experience in Chemical / Semiconductor Sector

  • Good knowledge of SAP & Salesforce
