Your New Role
This newly created Assistant Sales Manager position reports directly to the Head of Sales and plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth. You will manage strategic accounts, explore new market opportunities, and support regional business development efforts while working closely with internal stakeholders across Operations and Quality. The role offers meaningful exposure to international markets and collaboration with overseas counterparts, contributing to the organization's long‑term commercial strategy.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring at least five years of experience in key account management, ideally within a B2B, manufacturing, packaging, or consumer goods environment. You are comfortable with frequent overseas travel and possess strong follow‑through on long‑cycle projects. A minimum diploma qualification is required with technical or engineering exposure considered an advantage. You are task‑oriented, resilient under pressure, collaborative by nature, and communicate clearly and confidently. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems will be beneficial.
