Job Summary
Support the Project Safety Manager in ensuring workplacesafety, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across allconstruction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce WSH policies and ensure compliance with statutory and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor contractors safety performance.
- Identify unsafe practices and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.
- Review risk assessments, method statements, and safe work procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders on all safety matters.
- Prepare safety reports and track safety performance.
- Provide supervision for high-risk activities and support emergency response.
Requirements
- Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
- 7 years of construction safety experience, with leadership exposure.
- Experience with main contractor/developer projects preferred.
- Knowledge of WSH regulations, inspections, and incident management.
- Good communication skills and ability to work shifts if required.
